Can anyone become a trader?We welcome producers, growers, nurseries, fishermen, butchers, preserve makers, picklers, artists, crafters and makers at our markets. If you grow it or make it then we may have a place for you.

How much does it cost?ROYAL ARSENAL Street food / high value stalls (including but not limited to butchers, alcohol, bread): £35 Food producers: £30 Artists and makers: £20 KIDBROOKE All stalls: £10

Who do I contact to start trading?If you’d like to become a trader, please email Christina at market@gcda.org.uk for an application form

Do you offer any free training to traders to help market or support their business?We have a range for free business training that is open to any trader or business in London. Please click here to see all training GCDA can offer.

What do I need to become a trader?Food businesses: Be a registered food business with a minimum of 4 stars awarded Have up to date public liability insurance Market stall risk assessment Artists and makers: Have up to date public liability insurance Market stall risk assessment

Do I need a gazebo and a table?Although we have a number of gazebos but these are usually allocated so a gazebo and a table is required

What will increase my chance of getting a pitch?We are always on the lookout for food producers and produce businesses. If you make an unusual product then we’d love to hear from you! We have an excess of bakers, candlemakers, and street food, while we’d be happy to hear from you if you come under any of these categories, you must be prepared to go on our reserve list.
